1/2 cup Grove Garlic Avocado Oil
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
1/2 Tbsp smoked sweet Paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Add the Garlic Avocado Oil to a bowl with the garlic. For the cumin seeds, toast in a dry pan over a high heat until just brown. Remove and grind in a mortar and pestle. Add to the oil with the smoked paprika and whisk to combine.
Marinade steaks for at least 1-2 hours before grilling, barbequeing or pan frying.
