Flavourful Herb Marinade for Fish

1/2 cup Grove Avocado Oil
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried sage
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and use as a marinade for fish. Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours before grilling or frying or barbequing.
