½ cup Grove Lime Avocado Oil
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
finely grated rind of 2 lime (or 1 lemon)
juice of 2 limes (or 1 lemon)
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
Combine oil and garlic then pour over meat, chicken or seafood. Sprinkle with lemon rind, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Marinate meat for at least 30 minutes . Shake off excess marinade and grill or barbecue.
Recipe variation - chop meat, chicken or seafood into small cubes before marinating. Skewer, alternating with coloured capsicums and red onion pieces.
