A class of its own

Similar to the production of fine wines, soil and climatic conditions play an important role in developing the unique blend of flavour and aroma in extra virgin oils.

Avocados are a tropical fruit and the lower temperatures in which New Zealand avocados are grown results in a slower maturing fruit with a unique profile of fatty acids which contribute to the composition of Grove Extra Virgin Avocado Oil.

Grove Avocado Oil sources its fruit from the Bay of Plenty and has perfected the process to perfectly ripen the fruit and press the oil to produce the unique character and balance of harmonised flavour notes in its extra virgin avocado oil.

To retain the colour and flavour which is characteristic of Grove's premium quality Extra Virgin Avocado Oil, store the product in a cool dark place and use within three months of opening. Do not refrigerate your oil as it will crystalise when chilled.
